75% of our soldiers gain an Apprenticeship. If you're ready to leave full-time education, you could follow in their footsteps. As well as getting fit, making friends for life and seeing the world; you'll gain valuable qualifications and experiences that look great to potential employers. In fact, research by the National Apprenticeship Service shows that people who complete Apprenticeships could earn up to £100,000 more than other employees during their working lives. Not bad, especially as you'll be earning a full wage with us from the start.

Along with the chance to pick up recognised qualifications such as NVQ levels 2 and 3, we'll fit you out with basic military training, along with specialised training to support your chosen Army job - whether that's in Engineering, Information and Communications Technologies, Construction, Driving and Animal Care, or one of the new programmes we're developing all the time.

It's not going to be easy, but it will be rewarding. And as well as making you a better soldier, an Army Apprenticeship could give you a head start in life outside the Army too.
